The infinity pool was breathtaking and refreshing.

Our experience was marred by the inadequate sunbed allocation system, leading to considerable confusion and frustration. It's quite disappointing that some guests had to wait for sunbeds first allocated to other guests while others remained empty. the reception area felt very spartan and lacked any charm, giving an unwelcoming first impression.

i almost thought this hotel woudl give me a special welcome for my anniversary, but alas, nothing—no wine, no fruit, nothing. and speaking of amenities, good luck with the noise from housekeeping, as they seem to forget people are in their rooms. i expected at least a complimentary room upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck.

we had a wonderful week at sunrise jade! the breakfast was incredible, with so many options to choose from. the spa was an oasis of calm, perfect after a day by the lovely pools. we also loved the quiet location, just a short walk to the vibrant strip.

the gym was small. and needed more free weights for workouts. but the themed dining each night offered a delightful variety and amazing tastes. the sunsets were breathtaking from the sea view room too. overall, just lovely!

The local beach was manageable despite the pebbles, but the restaurant service at dinner could be slow. I loved the option to swap a dinner for lunch. Can't wait to return!

I just loved lounging in the infinity pool with breathtaking views over the bay! The rooms are designed beautifully, and waking up to stunning sunrises was such a treat. Plus, snorkeling right in the bay to see turtles made for unforgettable memories!

Stunning room, wonderful breakfast, with breathtaking sea views from the balcony that made my mornings unforgettable and excellent in-room facilities including a flat-screen TV and electric kettle for added convenience.

Perfect beach escape!

Had such a chill time here. The beach walk was stunning and super quiet. Rooms were spotless, and I loved the massive bed. The bar had great drinks, especially the cocktails! Only tricky part was some restaurants were closed since it was off-season. bit of a bummer, but the snack bar made up for it.
